The staff were very courteous.. and manager of the hotel is very polite and eager to help you explore the place better. Very comfortable and safe place to stay in Kasargod.

The hotel charged us their commision to booking.com. Either booking.com should have warned us of this or they shouldnt have charged us the commission.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the manager, Mr. Abbas, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He was always ready with useful advice on commuting around the area. When we had an issue with the breakfast, he listened to us attentively and took care of the matter with great patience.

The restaurant where breakfast was served (which was not part of the hotel) did not quite meet expectations. On the three occasions we had breakfast, the same dish was served each time, and on two days, it ran out by 9:15 am. The variety could definitely be improved.I would recommend the steak and kunafa at Q Cafe.

The room was spacious and clean. It was a new property.

The restaurant could have been better. There was not much options in breakfast or any other meals.

The rooms were good, The only thing I noticed was that the room was a bit smelly. Staffs didn't use the chemicals to clean. They just asked us to open the windows which we couldn't do due to privacy

One of the best comfortable and safe spaces. Not only the staff but the management is also amazing. Kasaragod is gold. And if u have a car, this place is to explore the north of Kerala

The location was good and the staff was very flexible.

Food and beverage looked outsourced and they did not care of my orders. I had to cancel them.

This is my first experience that the online booking is a loss to the customers. When they are selling one room Rs. 2200/- my online charge was above 2700/-. They told me that that is the commission for booking. com.

We could check in very late, the staff was nice and helpful.

Mold on the walls, rusty bathrooms, stains on bedsheets and on towels, all dishes for breakfast are extremely dirty (probably only slightly rinsed with water or something, really visibly dirty).

Booking. Com showed negligence. I booked 6 rooms with double occupancy, whereas booking. Com showed all as single occupancy. Hence we couldn't get complementary break fast for all. We were forced to pay addl charge for break fast for 6 persons

Stayed at hotel Bekal International two nights. Very pleasant and worth cherishing experience. The manager Mr Mohammed Abbas, a very friendly person ensured that our stay was comfortable. He helped in identifying places of tourist interest and proper mode of transport to such places economically. The Hotel has excellent housekeeping system and staffs are very cooperative and prompt in offering their service. My room was very clean and had beautiful ambience. The food was delicious. However for those who prefer to stay for two or more days will find the same menu for breakfasts a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was quite basic, but sufficient for our purpose. The staff were very friendly and this helped to make up for some of the challenges associated with the property. For example, while the property appears to have been renovated in parts, one of our rooms was not in a good condition and nor was there any hot water available in the bathroom.
