Location, beach access and view hard to beat with private pool, extremely friendly staff Olga was amazing.

Beds could be upgraded not terribly, little on the low end side. Rooms should offer coffee maker with pods as beach bar only opens at 10am

A very comfortable stay but the unique selling point for Anassa Mare Villas is Olga. She is a true professional and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very lucky to have her as manager.

The views were absolutely stunning from our room! And the beach bar next to it was perfect to have breakfast and chill in the morning. Olga our host was the sweetest and so friendly and she really took care of us. I wish we could have stayed longer

Clean , tidy and spacious

Modern, spacious, clean accommodation with an excellent pool featuring a stunning view. The beach was a 2 min walk where you could hire a sun bed for 10 euros each - and the wine and food there was also great. Staff so lovely and helpful - the manager helped me source a ferry ticket when they were all sold out. Amazing location, beach, and service.

We had a wonderful time. The manager George was so friendly and welcoming, he was there to great us when we arrived and around every day. We were upgraded to a fabulous apartment with a swimming pool, this was such a blessing as my daughter had had hand surgery and wasn’t able to swim in the sea. The apartment was really comfortable, the air con & WiFi were excellent. It was slightly lacking in kitchen utensils but it was no big deal. There are ants around- it’s a hot place! They were no problem unless you leave food lying around- normal protocol for a hot country! The view from the terrace was stunning, the sea was crystal clear; absolutely beautiful. The beach bar was great. The walk down from the apartment was charming- just a couple of minutes away. We found the walk into Gaios absolutely fine- mostly downhill on the way. A supermarket we visited on the first day called us a taxi and each night got a taxi home, it was no problem as long as you didn’t mind waiting 20 minutes or so. We so enjoyed hanging out in Gaios, it’s such a cool place. I would totally recommend Paxos and Annassa Mare.

Having a beach right in front of the hotel is a big advantage however if you would like to use the sun beds then you need to pay. We stayed at the beginning of the season. The facility was being prepared for the season but manager Yorgos is one of the best.He made sure that we have a nice holiday.

That we were fortunate enough to find suitable accommodation elsewhere thanks to a friend living in Paxos, and only had to stay here two nights. And that the property promised us a full refund… which I am still waiting for. They are refusing to acknowledge any of my messages to them and I am still waiting for €116.72, which they promised me MONTHS AGO. Even the property manager can’t seem to get an answer on my outstanding refund.

We showed up in May to our “luxury villa” we rented last fall to find our villa was still under construction. The entire site was a construction zone and filthy. I was never told this in advance, we just turned up to this mess. They put us in another “luxury villa” they described as a “free upgrade.” We were horrified with its condition. Dishes were unwashed in the outdated cupboards. The deck outside was littered with screws and cigarette butts. A huge mirror was TAPED to the wall with masking tape. The couch, which had a ratty blanket covering it looked like it was taken out of a dumpster. When flushed, the waste from the upstairs toilet was deposited in the main bathroom downstairs toilet bowl. This villa was obviously also under renovation. A very stressful start to our 12 days in Paxos. I could go on and on. Sadly this won’t let me post pics of this horrible place. Book elsewhere. If you have any troubles, which you likely will, you’ll have to fight tooth and nail to get your money back.

Hosts where amazing! Accommodation and facilities the best. Views and location perfect. Information from owners super helpful. Food from in-house restaurant delicious as well as the drinks.

Nothing to complain about.

Apartment in a nice location very close to Gaios. The beach in front of the complex is very nice - as all beaches in Paxos. GM George did his best to improve our stay, but he has limited resources. We liked the fact both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms.

The building we stayed has received only limited renovation. There was peeled paint on the walls behind each bathroom, probably due to leaks of the plumbing. The bathroom doors were rotten also, especially on their lower parts. The A/C units had a lot of mold in their grilles. We tried to avoid their use. The pictures on booking.com are carefully selected to hide all these issues.Apart from that, the apartment received only the basic cleaning. After complaining to the GM, the cleaning improved, but only to an acceptable level. Cockroaches were in the kitchen.As a result, the price we paid was a lot for this level of service.It's a pity because apart from that, the complex is in a very nice location.

Overpriced. This hotel is no more than a 3star charging 6 star pricing. In a big need of a renovation. Bathroom are new but everything else is old from the 70’s

It was close to the beach and town centre.

Mattresses very firm and made sleeping uncomfortable. Air conditioning was only in the two bedrooms which left living space warm and attic unlivable. Busy road with poor visibility of oncoming traffic to cross for access to the beach. No reply to messages prior to arrival. Shower rooms refurbished but flooded.

The manager George was exceptional in every way. Great location. View from our 3rd room was gorgeous.

Rip off for the $800 Australian we paid per night. Standards are no were near what you would expect for this type of money. Mold in the kitchen cupboards smelt so bad we didn’t cook in our room. Moved to 2nd room booked with Seaview and Pool to a little dark dingy bungalow with no wifi aweful! George kindly moved us to a 3rd room which had a great view, facilities still do not stand up to the price you pay. Also expect to pay 20 euro for a set of beach chairs and umbrella per day. Overall just one big money grab. ?.

There was no shower on the beach, rooms are a little old fashioned and refrigerator was smell bad.
