Pros +
- Excellent hotel, wonderful and friendly staff. Breakfast was great, the room was clean and spacious. You have a decent sized bathroom as well. Felt very safe staying here and it wasnt too far of a walk to the town. The hotel pick you up from the ferry port and drop you back upon completion of your stay, which was lovely!
- The grounds were nice, room was comfortable and clean, restaurant area was cozy. All of the staff was amazing.
- Nice hotelThe room are very large with nice balcony and stand to dry off you're swimming suitRelative close to Gaios (5 min ride with a scooter) Pool is great and deep! Overall helpful staffThey will come to pick you up and drop you at the port! Our ferry was pretty late, they allow you store the luggage in the lobby and enjoy the hotel facilities - they also have shower room for you to use before departing ! Should be noted there is no beaches near by so you'll need to have some transportation (scooter/car)
Cons -
- It was a hike uphill from the town, but still loved it.
- Very basic breakfast Gym is in the outdoor, which can get pretty hot Hotel is relative old and it can be noticed
- Overall really great place and we appreciated the breakfast but it was mediocre and there was no variety from day to day. There could be more vegetarian options provided as well. The freddo cappuccino and general pricing for food at the resort was a bit high. It was very nice that we could go through the resort to rent a car, which was very useful to get to more isolated beaches in the island, but it’s not useful to drive to town since there is such limited parking there. The walk to town is doable buuut not in the middle of August. It’s just too uncomfortable so it would be great if the resort would offer period shuttles to town but unfortunately they did not. Also, we were surprised to find out that they didn’t provide towels for the beach. We’ve stayed in beach towns all over Italy, Spain and Greece and typically beach towels have been provided to us.

The property was gorgeous! Very quiet and just a short ride or 15 minute walk to town. The room was spacious and clean! Great shower and lovely soaps provided. The breakfast was a nice addition. The staff was friendly, accommodating and extremely responsive! They were very honest about the rental of a scooter and make very quick changes when we decided that it would be best to rent a car. They even sent a shuttle to pick us up from the port and the driver stopped to let us take pictures overlooking the town when he drove us back to the port on our last day! We very much appreciated that we could order a Freddo cappuccino with our breakfast (charged of course) or whenever we needed a quick pick me up during the day. Also they were so kind to allow us to check in early when we arrived.

fantastic hotel,, the food on site is delicious-we loved the pitta garlic bread with cheese & tomatoes the people who work there are kind, gentil, helpful and joyous
Nothing its amazing
Close to Gaios
Room and balcony were ok only.
The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were excellent value and were spacious with a separate living area and outdoor seating area. The breakfast was generous and there was a large range of options. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be planning to stay again.
Nothing - everything was excellent
Loved the hotel, very peaceful. TenMinute walk downTo the harbour. Lovely room, friendly staff.
Breakfast was okay but not amazing.
A great hotel in a good area. Loved the pool, bar and breakfast facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was a good size and comfortable.
Pool ,surroundings, ambience. Room and facilities Good.
Breakfast not as expected, restaurant facilities basic. Bed sheets not big enough to tuck in for a double.
Lovely staff so helpful and kind.Beautiful room and balcony with a great view.Lovely swimming pool and comfy sun beds.Breakfast was very good.I loved the hanging chair on my balcony it was so comfy. The cleaner was brilliant too.Near to good restaurants.
Nothing really apart from the walk into town which was quite lonely at times. I did feel a little bit nervous as I was a lone traveller and I would have liked to go into the town occasionally on an evening but didn’t want to walk back alone in the dark.
Lovely hotel, very friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and stayed for dinner too - would highly recommend. Transport to and from port was invaluable. Even stopped on way back down for a beautiful photo opportunity for us ❤️
Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bedlinen every 2 days. The pool area was also cleaned every day, Breakfast was good with a selection of foods to choose from Everywhere was so ckean. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
None of it
Staff pool and rooms
Distance from town but not a problem
We found the hotel very clean, staff lovely. The pool was lovely when you could get a sunbed.
The uphill walk from Gaios at night was dangerous and a shuttle service from the hotel would have been a good idea even if we had to pay. Taxi 5 euros each way but had to wait a long time to get one.
The Pool was lovely and the seating area near the reception.Reception staff excellent.
The breakfast was very poor. The cooked items lukewarm at best. Stale. Poor choice and even the fruit was poor in terms of choice. Staff during breakfast disinterested and unhelpful.
Breakfast had a wide selection of food. However, the hot food was not kept warm for very long. So if you didn’t go for breakfast when the restaurant opened it was not always hot.The pool was a salt water pool but was kept very clean. A couple of small areas of the pool floor need repair to the lining. The room was good with free AC and a comfortable bed. The bath was also modern and there was always plenty of hot water.
The staff need to smile more and a ‘good morning’ goes a long way to enhance their customer service. The property is a good 20 minute walk out of Gaios up a steep hill on a busy road. It is not safe for families with children to walk into Gaios as there are no footpaths and therefore you are walking on a busy road. Also at night the road has no street lights. Therefore a car is required if you wish to transport your family safely back and forth to Gaios. There are limited taxis on Paxos and we heard there are only 5. The hotel should therefore provide a shuttle service to and from Gaios due to its location and the busy road you need to navigate to reach it.
Lovely place, very helpful staff, minibus collected us from the ferry and dropped us back. Lovely pool.
Location is fairly isolated, and no view of the sea or of the island.
Close to town, beautiful outdoors garden etc
The bathroom area .. needs repairs and more thorough cleaning! There was an awful smell in the bathroom, and dirty water around the toilet when we got in.We thought it was from the drain next to it and we put some paper to gather it. The smell wouldn’t go away. Smelled like public toilets. We tried cleaning even asked for some cleaning material, some chlorine but they said they don't use any, just some cleaning liquid...When I mentioned it to the receptionist they said It’s because of the type of water they use (desalinated) and this is the reason it smells like this… The shampoo/shower gel tray in the shower was broken so we had to put our shower gels and shampoo on the floor. The room furniture are dated. They need Renovation ASAP- Especially the bathroom areas!!!Breakfast was basic... First morning there was nothing in the trays and we had to ask the staff to bring us the basics (bread, cheese etc) The omelets and bacons were cold even though they were kept in the warm trays.Cheese and turkey and vegies were room temperature ..Second morning was better in stock but the quality was fair.
Everything
This is only a small thing but breakfast could have been a little bit better. There was a great choice, however, the eggs were dried out and the sausages were cold. The would need to be refreshed more often.
