The front desk is not approachable. Thwy don’t clean the room they just give you new towels and they don’t give you the the clean linens

Not much options in breakfast and it was below expectation.

Easy self checkin even when late. It's a good hotel for an overnight stay. The location is excellent with parking and nearby restaurants + charging for EVs

Good location next to the motorway. Shopping mall just next door, and also several charging stations for cars.

The guy at the reception was pretty rude and we felt not very welcomed.

Friendly staff, placement of rooms (next to each other and on main floor), EV charging facilities nearby, next to highway (we were on route). Simple and good quality german breakfast.

Pretty standard hotel you get what you get, location good for an overnight stay whilst on route through Germany. Local McDonalds is a good shout for some quick easy to access food.

Bed was way too hard. there is not even a proper bathroom in the room. The breakfast was way too basic.

Close to the main road to Danmark. Free parking. Comfortable bed. Room is small but totally enough for short stay.

Too expensive breakfast (11,5€ not so much to choose from).Room smelled bad when we entered. We needed to open the window and go out for 2h, and then it was better.

Automated check in, clean room, air con, all fine and as expected for this chain. About 30 minutes from Hamburg Airport so a good stopover heading north after a late flight. Just needed a place to sleep and didn't take breakfast. Location was best thing. In a word, fine.

Clean, accommodating staff and check-in was 24/7 through a machine. Parking beside the hotel. Free TV with many channels. Good location, a bit from central Hamburg but not too far and close to the highway.

Too expensive, too small rooms and deconstructed bathroom too close to the bed. To little variation in the breakfast for the price.

Fair in terms of location and stop-over during a long drive. Clean, simple and comfortable. Familia grocery store is nearby and has a charging point.

It is a regular Ibis Budget Hotel. When we arrived there were no reception, minimal human interaction-I was a bit in fear incase we could not make it inside the hotel due to technical glitch. Free parking, Beds were good. Good for a night stop.

Poor breakfast option.Housekeeping wakes you up early if you forgot to put do not disturb sign.
