I was dissatisfied with my stay. The heat didn?t work, the restroom was unclean, the towels looked dingy, there were spider webs, the tub was clogged, and the ironing board and lamp were rusted. Overall, the room?s condition was unacceptable.

The hotel is grossly misrepresented online. The pool is actually filled in and covered in grass. I?m fairly certain the photos are at least 15-20 years old. Nothing is clean, nothing is updated. We didn?t even take our luggage inside the room.

I was dissatisfied with my stay. The heat didn?t work, the restroom was unclean, the towels looked dingy, there were spider webs, the tub was clogged, and the ironing board and lamp were rusted. Overall, the room?s condition was unacceptable.

I was transferred to three different rooms and the heater did not work ( it was 30 degrees that night). After all the transfers in the Cold asked for a hr late checkout and was denied!
