- I was dissatisfied with my stay. The heat didn?t work, the restroom was unclean, the towels looked dingy, there were spider webs, the tub was clogged, and the ironing board and lamp were rusted. Overall, the room?s condition was unacceptable.
- I was transferred to three different rooms and the heater did not work ( it was 30 degrees that night). After all the transfers in the Cold asked for a hr late checkout and was denied!
- I had to change room 3 times because the rooms were falling apart. Headboards broken. No safety locks. A/C unit pulled away from wall. Etc the list goes on.!
