The Staff, King, guest services was very polite and professional. Hotel employee was extremely polite and welcoming. Any questions were answered immediately.

The heating system came on about 2:45 AM and you couldn't turn it off nor cool the room. Had to call the front desk to come to room to cut it off. Room was too warm and had to open the door to cool room off. Bath tub wasn't cleaned.
