- The staff was nice and helpful.

- The staff?s attitude when I asked to change a room because the first room they provided was not livable with mold problems. They refused to change and put out a very rude attitude towards me.
- I woke up with roaches on my pillow.
- Ant infested and you have to wait til after 2 pm to get a roommate
