The staff was nice but the hotel should be called a shelter and not a hotel, as that was the vibe that the hotel gave. We at least expected to have towels delivered to the rooms but not even that.

We experienced a lot of noise from the several air conditioners below our floor (18th ). We could not hear the ocean just the fans. The north side of the building is were the HVac fans are located - the view of the beach and ocean were great. We moved.
