- The location was great and the staff was polite.
- The location was terrific. The continental breakfast was good. The staff were very nice.

Cons -
- The building is in dire need of maintenance. We had to change rooms because the keycard reader on our first room's door was broken. The room we moved to had a similar, though less severe, problem. Furthermore, our second room had mold.
- There was dust all over the surfaces in our room when we walked into our room. The bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and there were cracks and putty in the tub and behind the toilet. The tub and fixtures were all old.
- maintenance was bad. Broken light bulb it worked but was broken. The refrigerator didn't cool. Had clogged toilet that didn't get fixed told front desk at 9 am returned at 4 pm still clogged asked for plunger to fix it myself. No maintenance Person
