- The carpet smelled, the toilet was broken and maintenance came but did not fix the issue, the shower leaked and had low pressure, the sheets did not smell clean. Housekeeping did not clean my room during my stay
- Pool was closed, because of puke, but none visible, and no one to fix issue all night and next day. Dining area closed due to leak in ceiling, hadn't rained in a week, Check in was over an hour late, zero apologies
