- The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- Caring, friendly, and helpful staff. Beautiful atmosphere. Amazing food. Amazing food. Close to the best establishments Virginia Beach has to offer.
- The hotel was amazing. It was right on the water and had a lot of ammenities that allowed you to enjoy the whole trip without leaving the property if you wanted.
Cons -
- We experienced a lot of noise from the several air conditioners below our floor (18th ). We could not hear the ocean just the fans. The north side of the building is were the HVac fans are located - the view of the beach and ocean were great. We moved.
- The restaurant didn?t box my leftovers to go. They threw it away without asking if I wanted it and I still had to pay full price for it.
- The staff at the front desk were not always the most pleasant people to deal with. When asking for a late checked, they told us that the hotel really would like you to leave at or before the checkout time. We asked to have a 30 minute late check out.
