- Location was very key as we were looking to enjoy Bush Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and local restaurants.
- Walking distance to restaurants and Busch Gardens; all staff was excellent
- Really right next to the park. Nice lobby areas
Cons -
- Free breakfast should have been included and the on-site restaurant offering was sub-par. I think that would make this Hotel perfect.
- Older hotel, still in need of updates; no microwave in room, I mean seriously?
- Chair graveyard in parking lot. Parking charges. Problems with hot water. Keycard failed to work multiple times and needed to be reprogrammed.Skipped by room service one morning (we had a dnd sign, but took it down later)
