The continental breakfast and coffee

The room smelled like 3 very very dirty dogs lived there for years without bathing them. It was abhorrent. When I told the staff they gave me a tiny travel size can of dove deodorant to spray and didnt change my room or clean it.

It was very clean. Excellent location and excellent customer service. I really liked it. And Im planning to go back.

Location and Parking

My AC in room didnt work. The beds were too small and they kicked me out after I asked for Late checkout.

Free breakfast offered is very generous with many options for both hot and cold foods.

The height of the beds is insane to the point that I had to go ask for a step stool to get into the bed and I am 5'2". We had a room with 2 Queen beds and there was not much space in the room. We do not plan to stay here again due to the bed issue.

Hotel in a nice location

Too expensive at $---- per night. Also, they elected not to clean my room since I was only going to be there 2 nights. At this price they should have willingly cleaned.

Clean with friendly staff

Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but I don¿t expect much from free breakfasts

Pet friendly, clean, helpful staff, breakfast.

The young man that checked us was so nice and explained everything to me, down to the breakfast hours! It was very peaceful. We were able to check out with ease. I would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn again. We also checked in earlier!

Saturday evening¿.very noisy, you people running up and down the hallways and we found it difficult to get to sleep.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, they had a hot breakfast, and they told you their room cleaning guidelines at checkin

The water pressure could be better

Location

Mattress was too hard. Loud car engine late at night directly outside the hotel was easily heard in the room. I believe the car belonged to someone employed at the hotel.

The staff is lovely and helpful. Very nice breakfast buffet. Very comfortable bed and clean and cozy room.

Considering the spike in Covid, they should enforce masking requirements in public areas.

Really nice new renovated room, staff was pleasant and excellent location for dining and shopping.

The location was good and the room was OK.

The hotel is being remodeled and there is little effort made to accommodate guests during the remodeling. Felt like I was staying in a dump

Lobby was nice, staff was very helpful despite the check in/room problems.

Other hotels I have stayed at for $30 less/night had refrigerator, microwave, desk & chair. More value for the money. Upon check in the staff member told me there were no handicap rooms available, despite my booking the room 3 weeks in advance.

The free morning breakfast is amazing, and all the staff I ran into were incredibly helpful and friendly (with the exception of the old lady that worked in the kitchen area - what a gruff, miserable woman!) The lobby area is very nice and comfortable too.

Some of the decor was dated and worn, but nothing I couldn't overlook. I was also disappointed that the WiFi was not working for 3 out of our 4 day stay.

Staff was friendly; breakfast was solid; room was clean and well maintained; bed was comfortable.

Staff very friendly and helpful getting my boarding passes room clean was very happy wish I could have afforded more nights had to stay at travel inn for 6 night HORRIBLE will only stay at Hampton Inn on my next trip to NJ
