No towel racks. Felt bad I used so many towels but there was no place to hang and dry bath or hand towels. Hotel would save a bundle on laundry if they installed them in the bathrooms

Room was clean

Furnace control not working, room 85 degrees. Hottub/pool also broke. Advertised restaurant was also closed.

only negative seems to be the same everywhere, there are never enough plugs for all the technology

Room size & king bed. The layout of the room was very nice.We were allowed to check in early which was very convenient. Front desk clerk was nice as well. I think her name was Stacy.

Felt like we were being rushed at check out with housekeeping knocking on door before 11:00 am

Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The breakfast lady, the front counter lady, the lady keeping the pool deck clean. Amazing. The pool and hot tub was very clean and the perfect temperature. Breakfast offered apple cinnamon waffles! Nice!

the staff was Extremely accommodating and spent part of the afternoon watching the cable news that affects my Metals Business whereTrump played tariff poker with the minister of tariffs from Canada all day long.I had driven up to tour Cadillac Castings.

carpet was getting worn in areas. door entrances were not closed late night.

I was extremely impressed with how clean my room was. Often rooms "look clean" but if spill something and wipe it up (especially if you use the white hotel towel) you see how dirty it really is. The bathroom floor was especially clean.

This is more of a mention not a dislike. The staff was not very friendly. It wasn't bad but I felt perhaps they were doing just enough to keep there job.

Surprisingly nice lobby (good 24-hour coffee bar) and rooms at this price point.

I'm being a bit picky given the cold and snoy weather, but the lobby floor could be mopped or maybe more entry mats could be employed. Also, the pool space could be brightened up.

There were a couple of hockey teams staying at the hotel, so there were preteen boys running all over and being loud.

Location of room. The lobby was full of young people being very noisy. My handicap accessible room was the first room down hallway from the lobby. Hotel staff did not attempt to quiet the lobby bunch. doors continued to be slammed passed 1:00 A.M.
