The location and the staff are great.

I have stayed here a few times before and there has been a steady decline in quality. I was very disappointed in my last stay as I was not able to work the shower. It was an issue that I am sure they were aware of but still rented the room.

Location, friendly staff

Firm beds, tiny bathroom, no hot water, tub wouldn't drain, breakfast left much to be desired

The tile floor of the entrance/bathroom area had an oily film that was slippery and I wore shoes to go in the bathroom. The A/C unit was stuck on heat at 78� so I had to turn it off. I wondered if there was a wall thermostat but none apparent.

Paint coming off the ceiling in bathroom along with many places with mold in there. Room smelled weird. Would not stay here again

Close to freeway. Nice staff. Clean room.

My tv remote did not work well. My bathroom room won't close with out lifting up on the door.

Bed was comfortable, decent breakfast

Water was brown... took a shower and water had not drained 1.5 hours later when I checked out. Room felt ve4y small

Almost everything..for starters the staff approached my child In the hallway harassing her about checkout time at this time it was 10:20 then my wife was Disturbed while in our room about checking out this was at 10:30 when check out time isn't till 11:00

When we arrived the clerk was ok but had a man lying around the counter thinking he would move while I checked in but he stayed there! Horrible experience!

After checking in we were walking to the room graffiti was written on the walls we started feeling uncomfortable once we were in the room our 9 year old started to cry being scared so I called the clerk told her we were not staying and left

Location and friendliness for a late evening arrival and departure the next day! Alot of great places to eat and drink real close!! 

All was real good!!!!

The staff was great. The location was around every thing we needed.

The bathroom was separated from the sink.

Front desk staff was very friendly

The room itself is very small, not spacious at all same with the bathroom. We kind of felt like we were in a cardboard box. On the final day before we came home our door lock quit working so we had to go to the front desk every time we needed to get into

House keeping were banging on doors starting 9:30 waking me up! Check out time is 11:00am! I don¿t know if this is something done in rural areas like Monroe but it¿s ridiculous! We can be sleeping or intimate n their banging on the door very early!

Because there was a softball tournament they really gouged on the price. I checked and could have gotten the same room for $-- less. I get demand was high because of that, but next time I¿ll just drive 10-15 more miles down the road.

Great location to restaurants and interstate.

Television and room phone did not work and front desk staff was less than helpful to resolve issues.

Very nice inside and out! Great location for a great night end of socializing.

My room was located next to the vending machines closet. When the workers were up at 3:00am to leave for work on a Tuesday morning so was I. I will from now request not to be placed in a room near such ever again where I stay! It was too noisy.

The breakfast was pretty good, but Beatrice, who prepared and took care of the the breakfast food made our day! She made us feel so welcome and took care of us so well! The hotel is close to Duck Commander and way to find. Everything was good.

Staff sitting out smoking! Little things being let go like painting, sign out front! Noise between adjoining room. Also doors slam hard!

There was a rather loud noise in room (maybe the a/c. We requested someone from maintenance come look at it but they never did.

Location of the hotel was very good since I was traveling on I20. The staff was very helpful and in particular Holly ad Shannon went above par.

Clean rooms with comfy bed and good lighting
