Had a Family emergency whil e there. Staff worked extra herd to make sure we could extend our stay. She offered to help in any way she could--she is an excellent employee! Thanks staff

Comfortable beds

Lamps on the bedside tables were rusty and one was about to come apart. Sheets had stains. Sticky bathroom floor. Expected more based on the price of the room.

Property was clean inside and out; most staff members were courteous, however they did not resolve issues

We stayed 3 nights and never had our room cleaned. We were first told we had to request it¿which we did¿repeatedly. Each evening when we returned fro our day, room was in the same state we left it. Each day we had to pickup fresh towels from the front.

Television channels were not great, no ESPN. We were in town for college football game but were unable to see other games when in room!

The thermostat wouldn¿t cool adequately. Walls were quite thin- Even with a white noise app on at top volume, I could easily hear the very loud tv blaring from the next room. Decor was a strange, putrid combination. Not what I was expecting.

The staff was phenomenal and there were some perks like cookies and coffee as well as the breakfast that were above and beyond.

Our room smelled like dirty feet, even though it was clean.it bothered us all night and actually made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel employee was pleasant. Bill was friendly. Hotel was clean & employees followed COVID protocol, even though most guests did not. Breakfast choices were plentiful. Made evacuation travel easy as possible.

The gentleman that checked us in very abrupt and rude. The room was NOT clean. There was urine droppings on the floor around the potty. The potty looked like it had been used and not cleaned. The comforter on the bed appeared to have a blood spot.

Best is that it was clean. The young lady who sets up the breakfast was delightful. The breakfast was much better than expected.

The breakfast is really good and the hotel is nice, updated and clean. The beds have soft, quality linens and are very comfortable.

Female staff member claiming to be manager was not helpful nor did she show concern or offer apology when access to pool was not available during pool hours. Also, we had to change rooms about 15 minutes in because tv did not work.

It was clean - food was good - staff very friendly especially the ladies in the room that served breakfast.

It was a little hard to get to from I20 and there needs to be more places to eat around the hotel

Everything seemed new and clean there.

Only down side, if any, was the hallways were warm//hot. But, the rooms were nice and cool.

No way for room door to stay open while unloading and loading luggage

Hotel was WAAAAAAAAY overpriced!!!! Almost $--- for a very basic property!Internet EXTREMELY slow on the evening that I arrived. It took almost an hour to do 15 minutes of work!

Easy access. Ample parking. Very clean rooms nicely decorated. Wonderful hot breakfast with great selection. Staff friendly and vet accomodating
