Everyone was nice

Keys kept not letting us in. I think we had to have our keys recoded about 20/30 times. Not sure why

The pool was clean and relaxing

Our air conditioner didn’t work half the time and people smoked weed and you could smell it all over the place we couldn’t even sleep because of it

It was a place to sleep

It smelled so bad I could not sleep. I was up most of the night. It was terrible.

Very clean , staff went out of their way to make our stay excellent

I personally would rather have good donuts and coffee for breakfast instead of the breakfast bar ...but that's just me

Clean, efficiently run, and the room was actually better in most respects than the room we had stayed in Lousiville's The Galt House.

When we arrived. I was told my card was declined. I ran it again thru the motel and now Im trying to get two room charges credited back to my acct.

Best sleep I've had in a longtime! The bed was so comfortable, but the pillows made it. Wow, I wanted to take them home with me! It was quiet and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was hot and fresh and very good.

The staff at this hotel were both friendly and accommodating to my kids and I. We had to book a last minute stay due to bad weather and they couldn't have been nicer to us. I honestly was not expecting much, but they were very helpful.

Location and helpfulness of the staff.

Having to adjust to not having double beds in one of the reserved rooms and having our 82 years old friend sleep on a cot.

It had very friendly staff, was clean, and had an amazing breakfast.

The shower was a little on the fritz, but we made it work.

Good breakfast, good price, convenient for our needs, we'll be back!

The bed was super comfortable!

The ice bucket and cups were in the bathroom on a shelf right beside- about 8 inches from and level with the toilet seat! they seem to be short staffed.

Mixed feelings about this hotel stay. Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Right off the highway. Pretty good breakfast. Female staff member was very friendly and tried to help.

Cons: When we checked in there was a male staff member working who was unfriendly and not communicative. Despite having prepaid he charged my card for full room price and I had to deal with the extra stress of getting these charges removed.

The rooms were good size, beds were excellent. The breakfast that they had was great. They had everything you needed in the room,coffee, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bars of soap.

Very clean , friendly staff , quiet , rooms were dark when shades were pulled which I require for a good sleep , shower had lots of pressure with a message head and tons of hot water .

My view could have been better ,

I¿ve stayed here twice because it¿s a great place! Extremely close to the interstate for easy access, friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet and safe, very reasonable rates, and very near a gas station to fill up and to buy a Subway meal. I will stay again.

The hotel was clean and quiet.

The breakfast was blah. It is not at all what I was expecting compared to description. Very small area. You had a choice of bacon sausage or ham biscuits or a grab and go muffin/danish. Which is fine because I understand the Covid regulations.

Front desk staff was great.

Dirty, dusty, smelly, rock hard beds. Shower would not turn on.
