was unable to book a downstairs non-smoking room. when I got to my room with my luggage the door key was not active. stood for 20 min in icy cold for mgr to bring new key (had to insist he help). Door was hard to open/close. Room was damp and musty.

Location and. She was so great and was handling so many things on her own. We also obtained a full bedding package for the pull-out sofa bed; sheets, pillow and blanket. The other hotel we were at previously offered only one flat sheet.

Hot tub had been gotten rid of; for the price, I would have expected some complimentary breakfast options; lots of kids screaming and doing TikTok dances in public areas; tried using the pool area but there was a dad verbally abusing his young kid
