The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful
The staff was nice and the price was good.

My room was not clean. I did not get room service after I complained! Had to clean my own room!
The smell of smoke.
They require a 20 cash deposit for incidentals which was not stated when I booked

GROSS- the room smelled bad, there was hair in the bathtub, cigarette burns in the blankets, the mattress didn't fit the box spring and would flip up if you sat on the edge of the bed and the carpet was coming up in the corners.
