- The staff was a bit standoffish when I experienced what I thought was an overcharge and accused me of trying to scam the hotel. After showing them my bank statement were they willing to address those charges.
Cons -
- My husband saw cockroaches.
- was unable to book a downstairs non-smoking room. when I got to my room with my luggage the door key was not active. stood for 20 min in icy cold for mgr to bring new key (had to insist he help). Door was hard to open/close. Room was damp and musty.
- The location..to get here you have to exit the hwy.and then come back around side streets to get here.
