My hotel was clean and neatly organized. The hotel met my expectations.

Cons -

Couldn?t sleep because of how loud the air conditioner was.
My check in was not smooth and I ended up paying for two rooms because the attendant could not find my reservation. No general manager available for 10 days to approve my refund. Someone should be able to approve refund within 5 days.
They charged me for my emotional support dog,I presented the certificate and I was still charged.
