Comfort Inn and Suites Thatcher

Staff were nice, rooms were clean and quiet.

It said it was pet friendly but there wasn't anywhere to walk my dog that wasn't covered in stickers. They need to put in a small grassy area for dog walking.

Cookies at front counter when we arrived.

Remodeling needed in a few area?s. Tile molding in bathroom missing. Chip at bathroom shower. TV was very outdated. Regards;

While the hotel did have a few minor infrastructure issues, Joe, the manager on duty, went out of his way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible & our room as comfortable as he could make it. I would stay here again!

Some minor maintenance issues: the elevator had a malfunction & wouldn't go to the top floor, the jacuzzi was warm but didn't bubble, & our key wouldn't open the door to the pool room(which was used for only 20 minutes!), but nothing major. It was nice!

Elevator was not functional. Blow-dryer was not functional. Several lights in the room were out. The toilet was running all night. Ice machines were not in service. Vending machines were empty.

Clean room with clean, fresh linens. Amazing breakfast selection.

Parking lot could use more lighting

The room was good sized and it was clean. Also, breakfast was better than expected. The staff did a good job with it.

The hotel elevator did not work so we had to carry everything up to the second floor. We also had issues with the hot water in the shower. The comfort of the bed was just OK. Pillows were soft.

Clean, well appointed

Noisy, milk on buffet was turned

We enjoy the breakfast. We stay often and a variety like other locations would be nice. The staff is great and the rooms are really clean. Housekeeping has been great also

We also stay for the jacuzzi hot tub and indoor swimming. The hot tub jets have never worked and this trip the hot tub was cold. The pool was also freezing. This kind of dampened an otherwise great stay

Hotel was clean staff was friendly and it was easy to check in.

Pool was out of order for 1 on the days we were there

Location. Room was cold.

Was forced to downgrade my room or leave because the elevator was broken. I was not compensated for the down grade. Breakfast was out of several items and was told they were out. Then I see staff eating the last of the item I was looking for.

Breakfast was better than most places.

The location is kinda far from things. The elevator wasn¿t working. Room smelled and carpet wasn¿t clean. Thermostat on the wall didn¿t work and paper peeling off the wall above the AC/heating unit. The pool smelled like a fish tank.

Clean, friendly, comfty.

Only downfall was the key deactivated all the time and had to get it reset everytime we came back to the room.

Breakfast

Handicap accessible room was confirmed prior to our arrival. had to wait over 2 hours there to get into rm. Rooma was not clean until after 3:00. Staff was unprofessional. Maid was 2 busy texting. And much more.

Very clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the rooms are and the good the breakfast is. There was always a lady making sure everything station was clean.

The elevators were out of order, but it was not a big deal.

The room was quite and the hotel offered a variety of breakfast items, so everyone was able to eat.

The reason for me choosing the hotel was because of the indoor swimming pool. It was not in service at the time of our stay. That would have been the icing on the cake.

Delicious breakfast in the morning with eggs, bacon and the usual cereal and coffee offerings. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road. I saw families having a great time in the pool.

The clerk who checked me in was definitely not having her best day. She did not extend basic courtesies like a smile or give us directions to our room or tell us about breakfast. I hope her week got better.

Great breakfast selection

Room keys kept failing. Sheer control not working properly. Entrance door on West end of door not working

The cleanliness and the Hot Breakfast.

The room needs a new cable modem. We had to get the staff to finally get it to work, then it wouldn't shut off without pressing and holding the power button on the modem to finally get the tv to turn off when we left.

Location

Very loud, doors slamming, stomping sounds from floor above, no soap in room.
