Everyone is very kind. I had one negative experience at this hotel but since every time has been extremely wonderful. They even let us do continental breakfast late when we forgot that it closes at 9am (I'm used to weekend hotels where it closes at 10).

The cookies. The staff was very helpful. We needed to switch rooms do to the shower situation, the maintainance man was there and asked if we?d like a shower chair also, they had it in our room before we got back for the day.
They were very accommodating , my mother in law need a walk in shower instead of a bathtub. They offered a shower chair also. They also had very yummy free cookies and free bottle water.
