- My significant other & I always stay at Hampton Inn?s if it?s in the area we?re in! We have been in the St. Paul/MPS & surrounding area for the past month and all but a few days we stayed at a Hampton and never had such a bad experience like this one was!

- Staff kept saying our card was getting declined for incidentals after prepaying our room so we left, goto a store and it worked fine & come back to find out it wasn?t actually a problem with the card they just decided to cancel room! Unprofessional!

- The rooms smelled as if their was a smoker in them. We switched the first room. The snell was not as strong in our second room.
