  • Breakfast is made with love Friendly welcome and goodbye The bathroom rug is made in USA The coffee is excellent Family homey feeling Best price on New year's eve compared to other local hotels.
  • Nicely directed. Breakfast was good. Very pleasant & quiet.
  • The awesome and friendly African American lady that checked us in and the electric window shades.

Cons -

  • The desk clerk had problems checking me into my room. It took 15 minutes. It seemed she was not trained.
  • Daytime front desk staff were very rude, mean,unprofessional, very small pool/hot tub the ELEVATOR IS TRASH! Very OVERPRICED RATES! Access to parking at the hotel is bad! Tv/air conditioning had issues, bathroom showers, neighbor hotels were better, etc.
  • The pool and pool area could¿ve been better.
