We were in walking distance of a Chik-Fil-A, Aldi's, Outback Steakhouse, & TWO different Tanger Outlet shopping centers. This was especially rewarding given the traffic that piles up during the day. Also, the pool was covered in shade after about 4pm.
It is not too far from the beach. It is on the main road but back far enough that you don't hear the traffic. The employees were very friendly and made you feel comfortable. I have stayed here in the past and will stay again.

I could LIVE here! The Avenue Hotel and Spa is so lovely, intimate, comforting! Great location for privacy yet very easy access to the rest of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and ocean world. Safe parking both on-site and street. Returning soon!
