- Everything was perfect for my family
- The room was clean, and nice the desk and another woman accompanying her were NOT
- Breakfast was great!!!!
Cons -
- There was nothing we didn't like
- The woman at the front desk upon arrival was, unwelcoming, rude, and 100% unhappy that we were there. Let me start by saying I was there as a midway stopping point while traveling to VA for my mom's funeral. She looked my up an down with disgust when I was checking in, short, tone of disgust as if I didn't belong there, she followed us throughout the property as we parked them just happened to appear in the hall where our room was, after checking out we heard a noise in the hallway, and peeked out to see it was her walking past with her dog in a stroller and another woman pointing at our door and snickering. It was scary the disdain that was displayed and conveyed was so blatant we moved the furniture to block both the room and the adjoining door to feel comfortable enough to stay the night. We were scheduled to stay there on our way back but canceled and stayed elsewhere because of it experience. It was unsettling,and but the experience is expected especially given the reason I was there
