- The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is well maintained, clean, bright and comfortable.

Cons -
- The pool was not heated. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was an indoor pool but it was cold so we could not enjoy it.
- I had a very nice and comfortable stay at the Hampton Inn. The only thing I would do is to improve the breakfast with a better quality of food being served. The orange juice was good and coffee, but the other offerings were a little bit disappointing.
- Carpet smelled slightly damp and mildewy
