- I could LIVE here! The Avenue Hotel and Spa is so lovely, intimate, comforting! Great location for privacy yet very easy access to the rest of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and ocean world. Safe parking both on-site and street. Returning soon!

- Hotel has great proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants; ideal for families to drop their things and start vacationing
Cons -
- Vending machines take $1 bills only (so plan!)
- Where we stayed was on the 3rd floor and it didn?t have an elevator.
- I thought the check in receptionist was a bit rude; Hotel employee seems almost bothered at check in and even exclaimed that one of our rooms had a "terrible view" which turned me off a bit; in fact I wanted to ask to be switched;
