- The friendliness of staff, She greeted us with a friendly smile and a welcome as soon as the door opened. The pool.
- Hotel was clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff.
- Bedding, mattress and pillows were comfortable.
Cons -
- I had booked 3 separate rooms housekerping was told services wasn't needed because we were checking out soon. She went to the other rooms anyway aftere being told not to. If check out is at 11 and check in is at 3, why would you have them come that early
- Furnishings were dated.
- The bathroom vanity sink lightbulb was burned out, the smoke detector was beeping, the bar lock as sticking and had been partially ripped from the door and the water pressure was lacking. However, the hotel quickly fixed everything for us.
