No ice machine, hair dryer didn?t work, window was cracked, very minimal continental breakfast, lady at check in desk was not friendly and you could hardly understand her. The few minutes at check in was the only time I even saw anyone that worked there.

The room I was to get did not have the pullout couch that I needed once I realized that it was not the right room. I asked the desk about it, and they immediately took care of it patiently and calmly.

No ice machine, hair dryer didn?t work, window was cracked, very minimal continental breakfast, lady at check in desk was not friendly and you could hardly understand her. The few minutes at check in was the only time I even saw anyone that worked there.

The breakfast was horrible, the water tasted like mold and they use that same water for the pancake mix, and the gravy mix. The bagels were rock hard. They didn't use fabric softener for the bedding.
