- Hotel employee made me feel very safe. As a single woman traveling that was so important. The manager was always super helpful and accommodating
- The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and tried very hard to please the complaining patrons.

- Only that I couldn?t stay longer. They made me feel like family
- The smell! It was horrible as you walked into the lobby! It smelled like a sewer line was leaking. Very bad! I would have asked for my money back but it was late and we just wanted to sleep and leave early in the morning! Our bathroom was not very clean.
- No hot water, no coffee , no ice !
