Pros +
- comfortable beds and pillows & the room was clean
- Skipped breakfast--few choices
- The breakfast didn't have many options. I did find one thing to consume that agreed with my diet. The shower head water stream felt nice.
Cons -
- Room was not very clean; Dirty windows, couple dead beetles, bathroom tiny & cramped!
- The pillows were all one big size. Not the most comfortable for my neck. I think smaller/thinner pillows as an option would be a good improvement. Also the soap is cheap and unhealthy. I didn't use the soap.
- Was a mix-up on the hotels computer and did not have the room we booked (2 queens for 3 adults). Manager was very sorry and offered a roll-a-way for us that night in a 1 king room and promised a deluxe queen room the next night. It was late and we were tired so decided to use the room with the roll-a-way and accept the offer for the next night. Not a comfortable night for the one on the extra bed. After traveling the next day, we arrived back at the hotel to find the offer of the deluxe queen room was not possible as it was already booked. Received apology but that was all. Kansas Travelers
