- Staff and cleanliness
- Location works good for us.
- Probably the staff and the location. Very friendly, got us whatever we needed.
Cons -
- The beds were very poor.
- The breakfast was horrible, the water tasted like mold and they use that same water for the pancake mix, and the gravy mix. The bagels were rock hard. They didn't use fabric softener for the bedding.
- The beds are unbearable. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and I travel for work so I've stayed in a lot of hotels. We actually canceled plans to stay at this hotel in November and are staying elsewhere.
