Best Western West Hills Inn

Pros +

• Great room for a good price. Good breakfast, hot tub.
• The location was very good. There is a Country Kitchen across the parking lot and it across the highway from other businesses, i.e. Walmart, Dominos and two phone stores.
• It is a good location to be based at for day trip to area attractions such as Ft. Robinson, Toadstool and the Black Hills of South Dakota.

Cons -

• Bed sheets were very thin. Looked like window sheers.
• The in-room wifi. Didn't have a signal throughout our stay, or it would go in and out. I called the front desk and she said to "forget" the hotel wifi network in my iphone and then select it again. Didn't work. Went to 1st floor and worked fine.
• Felt like the rooms needed an update with the small appliances. Coffee Maker did not work right, clock radio didnt work. Other than that, the room was pretty nice.
