Hotel is garbage, stunk like mildew every morning when you got off the elevator. We were there 9 days, never once did they come clean the room, even after being asked. All around a really crappy place to stay. Go somewhere else.

It was perfect for our short trip where we just needed a place to sleep that night close to downtown. We had an issue checking in but the staff were very helpful and quick to resolve the issue.

It really surprised me because I did not expect to be quite so lovely. I am a hotel snob. I have never in my 57 years stayed in a motel for any reason. The Iris has changed that for me!

Nothing. It was dirty. Staff was rude. Tv did not work. Shower did not drain. They make you pay a $50 CASH deposit and they tried to keep it when I checked out. There is no free breakfast, even though it is advertised.
