Convenient location close to airport. Easy parking. Free breakfast.

Our room developed a musty smell during our stay. New $10 per night parking fee was disappointing.

Location, breakfast, and staff were good. We were there for 4 nights. Very friendly, responsive staff. 24/7 coffee bar, ice water, lemonade, and small snacks at the front desk. Price was competitive.

Had to change rooms on the 2nd day due to a very bad, sour odor coming from the AC unit. The manager on duty agreed that the smell was bad. Also, there were several mold spots on the ceiling, apparently from leakage of the AC unit in the room on the floor above. The second room, on the ground floor, was fine but also had a very damp smell, probably just from local humidity. AC units should control humidity.

Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. Beds are comfortable pillows are small.

You have to pay $10 per day plus tax to park on the property. No fault of the hotel was woke up from a physical altercation at 4:30 am, call front desk they handled the situation.

The hotel was super clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Rooms were extra large, beds very comfortable, breakfast very tasty. There was one lady working and she could use some help. She was doing it all ( cooking, filling the breakfast food, clearing tables, empty trash). That is just too much for one person. Free parking close to hotel. Easy to get into town or to airport. We didn’t use the shuttle but heard from others they were prompt and safe. The best shower stall I’ve seen in a long time. I’m already planning to stay again later in the year.

Doors are too heavy- so hard to open. No restaurant on site and no spa/pool.

As soon as we stepped into the hotel, the staff was attentive and friendly! They were having their Christmas party and the lobby was so festive. I loved seeing all of their happy faces greeting us. And when my son got sick and we had to cut our trip short, they were so understanding and kind. Their customer service was excellent and I will be staying again as well as recommending this hotel to any family and friends that are staying in the area.

I honestly don't have a complaint but if I have to have one, the elevator did make a weird noise but I'm very wary of elevators so that is more on me than the hotel or staff.

Comfy bed. Helpful, polite staff. Quiet rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Lots of things for sale if you just wa Ted to stay in. Great location

Beds and rooms were very comfortable.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Everything was cold, the potatoes were undercooked and had no seasoning/flavor. The lady at check in was not very friendly.
