It was perfect for our short trip where we just needed a place to sleep that night close to downtown. We had an issue checking in but the staff were very helpful and quick to resolve the issue.
It really surprised me because I did not expect to be quite so lovely. I am a hotel snob. I have never in my 57 years stayed in a motel for any reason. The Iris has changed that for me!
Nice clean room with comfortable bed and great location.

Cons -

I wish they gave you more than one pillow, the one you got was quite thin.
Pillows!! Pretty, but too soft and my neck hurt for the next 2 days. The tub needs some type of non-slip mat. There is nothing worse than slipping in or out of the tub. Pop of color outside, especially in the back. Based on that, I would never have staye

The price, compared to other Nashville stays was reasonable.

This hotel is different. Too different for our tastes. Very minimalist, which in itself isn't bad, but way too much of an "unfinished" feel to be comfortable. The long red hairs on the sheets were not welcoming either.
