- Want to know about renovation BEFORE I spend my money
- We were pleased with the hotel overall. Excellent customer service.
- Location. Close enough to attractions to drive or take an Uber without being overwhelmed with traffic.
Cons -
- Took me 7 trips back to front desk to get my key card to work
- Advertised with a workout room. Once we got there, we were told the room is closed for upgrades. It was apparent it needed it but hadn't been worked on at all in a very long time. The indoor pool was freezing cold also. No ice machine on 2nd floor.
