- Staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable.
- The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it was close to the airport.
- The front desk clerk was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The best we have ever experienced. Grateful for her kindness.
Cons -
- Small rooms. Only 1 small elevator that was very slow and difficult to get the luggage cart on. Luggage cart was hard to move, had maintenance issues. Few breakfast options. No outdoor seating and breakfast room was full. Airport noise from planes.
- The pool water was too cold to enjoy a swim, and it was the reason I didn't stay at the same hotel my family stayed at (they didn't have an indoor pool at Four Points across the street).
