All rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV, small refrigerator, and coffee-making facilities. Courtyard Nashville Downtown provides a desk as well. Courtyard Nashville Downtown guests will be greeted by a 24-hour reception and have access to a business center throughout their stay. Laundry facilities is available for added convenience. Starbucks is open daily offering familiar favorites and Gannons serves American and Southern favorites for dinner. Courtyard Nashville Downtown is 10 minutes' walk from the State Capitol of Tennessee and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The Nashville International Airport is 9 miles away.

- They were able to accommodate an early check in. However it was an additional fee.
- The location and the valets
Cons -
- room was a bit small for a king size bed, but it was a nice place.
- Windows of the building were right next to another building no privacy when opening the curtains.
- Staff does not tell you how to use the elevator and it's NOT obvious. Staff locks you out of hotel leaving only one obscure door open after a certain time. It says there's a restaurant but there is NOT. Breakfast was already gone when we awoke.
