Pros +
- Perfect location to Broadway. Beautiful and clean. I wish there was a small Hotel kiosk to purchase Tylenol etc as there are few convenience stores close by.
- Location was great and not too many people.
- Beautiful hotel in amazing location. The staff are amazing and I would highly recommend staying here.
Cons -
- The room was too hot and loud, it sounded like a nearby nightclub bumping until 2am. The room was also not very elegant and the tiny shower felt like a cruise ship. I also found a metal nail protruding out of the carpet in front of one of the beds.
- The only negative was that I didn¿t realize the hotel was so new that the pool/hot tub and patio aren¿t open yet. It was chilly for my visit and I would have loved to use the hot tub.
- HVAC not working, smelled terrible after they turned unit on, lukewarm shower. Room service outrageously expensive but food was terrible. Phone system didn¿t work so had to go to lobby to request valet, luggage service. Nashville hotel is not up to par.
