The service at the Pelican was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean with nice bed linen and the bathroom was clean too. We liked how the rooms were individually furnished. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the food. The hotel is in a great location on Ocean Drive and 2 deck chairs (no umbrella) on the beach are included in the room rate. A complimentary cocktail is offered between 4-7pm each day, water is replaced in the room each day and there is a 20% discount off food from 6-11pm for hotel guests.

The location was perfect. The place smelled like heaven. And you guys have some of the best staff we’ve ever met during our travels all over the world. Eddie was particularly helpful.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I just wanted to thank the management/owners for actually caring about hospitality & the hotel! What an unassuming place from the outside you wouldn’t expect it to be so nice inside! Quiet street. Our unit didn’t face the street side but the windows had a view of palm trees & faced a wellness boutique so it was quiet all throughout at night. The finishes are like a European hotel with little things you could need throughout - bag hooks, towel basket, built in dressers, curtain walls, recessed lighting, outlets where you need them etc. The central AC unit is in the hallway opposite the bedroom so it wasn’t as loud as others in historic buildings on the beach. Yes it’s not soundproof but it’s a quiet street so we had no noise complaints at all. It’s maintained like the photos (we’ve been deceived by good photos before..) and the furnishings were relatively unused. Bed was comfortable (not sure why others said it wasn’t)! Pillows and sheets clean & tidy it felt cozy being in bed. Bedroom had a view of the living room TV so we could also watch from there too. TV was easy to use and new system. Really thought out placement of everything! . Plenty of TP & cleaning items + exceptional amount of kitchen tools/dishwear. The laundry downstairs is AMAZING. Brand new and was able to do all of our laundry in an hour. Again a thoughtful amenity. We would live here if we could!! Sliding doors saving space & just felt like the owners of this place care about guest experience! When they care, we care to leave things as we found them - thank you for making a beautiful place to stay on a budget!! So rare to find hospitality people who care in Miami.

Great high-end experience, typical of Four Seasons. We appreciated the welcoming glass of champagne after our trip. Our large, quiet room was on a high floor with a balcony looking toward the waterway and Miami beyond. Ultra-clean! We sat in the lobby just to absorb the history of the place. Our dinner at the Surf Club was delicious and perfect, the cherry on the top of our stay. Hotel is close to Bal Harbor for fun shopping (real or window). Everyone we encountered was great. Overall, a relaxing and luxurious stay!

The service at the Pelican was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean with nice bed linen and the bathroom was clean too. We liked how the rooms were individually furnished. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the food. The hotel is in a great location on Ocean Drive and 2 deck chairs (no umbrella) on the beach are included in the room rate. A complimentary cocktail is offered between 4-7pm each day, water is replaced in the room each day and there is a 20% discount off food from 6-11pm for hotel guests.

The location is good but the hotel is not worth its price. It’s very inconvenient to park if you drive there. The hotel doesn’t have what normal hotels offer like microwave. I would not recommend using the hotel for vacation any more. That being said, most of the hotel staff were kind and professional.

The location of this hotel is central to South Beach activities. A short walk to great restaurants and sights. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. We paid for an early check in and that was perfect for us to get some rest after a red-eye flight from the west coast!

Clean rooms, nice facilities, great lounge area. I loved the reception staff, especially Maria who helped me solve one of my problems with the AC. What I loved was the working space / cowork, the downside it's that there is a table to eat in that room, so enjoy shirtless people eating microwaved food in the background of your call.
The location is definitely the best thing about this place. The Wi-Fi worked well, and it’s also a great place to meet new people. You also get free coffee in the mornings.
