Breakfast was good. Staff attentive and friendly. Location fabulous.

Shame the deck and pool not available and we didn’t know that in advance.

Location on south beach excellent. Restaurant attached to hotel excellent.

Swimming pool not open due to maintenance.

The property was central to everything! The beach was just a few minute walk and everything south beach has to offer was very closed! The lady at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating! The room was very clean. The diner was nice to have food options close! They also had beach towels, umbrellas and chairs to bring to the beach free of charge!

The pool area was a little underwhelming but still a great place to relax!

Location was great. I appreciated that we could tank water in gym, we could use hotel beach umbrella , towel and chair, had 20% discount in hotel restaurant - all this with accommodation get to us a great value for money. BTW I loved ceviche in hotel restaurant. Food in general was good in hotel restaurant.

slippery floor on side of hotel between restaurant and toilet was a bit dangerous. But when rained a little bit , majority of pavements were slippery the same way, so I guess material or coloring they use in that area is causing that.

The location is excellent. |If you need to spend time on the beach or just enjoy sunshine at the rooftop pool in the hotel, I can highly recommend staying at Leslie Hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and nice.

Location, gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Getting a 20% discount at their restaurant.

Very noisy early mornings. Not sure if it was staff or outside workers. We asked for earplugs which helped a lot. Staff didn’t refill coffee station properly.

Excellent value for money! Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, very clean and superb location!

The location is good. It was nice that the hotel gave us free equipment to the beach

The bed was awful. My back is hurting since day one because the mattress was too soft. The AC was loud. We slept very bad which reflected our stay. The crew couldn’t find a solution because the hotel was fully booked so the answer was just “there’s nothing we can do”. They didn’t even try to fix the AC during our stay.

Location is nice. Staff allowed us to leave luggage at check out until later in the afternoon and were friendly.Gym looked very nice but did not use.

WIFI was very poor and not available at all late in the evenings.Shower area ceiling was all discolored and room was tired looking.Only 1 x socket in bedroom (there are USB's under the bed side lamps once you discover them).Pool and Bar/Restaurant closed on first night due to weather (although next door was available with resident discount).I have stayed in Miami 3 x times at different hotels on South Beach. This one being the most expensive but sadly to the poorest standard and felt I let down by the review scoring on this occasion which is what I base bookings on.
