- The staff was friendly and accommodating
- Location and pool
- While the staff was friendly and helpful, and the lobby was nice, there were too many downsides to make up for the few good points.
Cons -
- The bathtub had rust stains in it But it was a great view
- Rooms very dated and so many charges.
- Tiny rooms, no draws for clothes, only 6 hangers. Only 2 elevators, which were for staff use to. Getting to the room took time. Room amenities list a refrigerator, this was actually a mini-bar and not a fridge you could use for your own items.

Nice design and atmosphere. Rooms on the smaller side but also tastefully designed. Intimate relaxed vibe compared to many similar Miami properties.
The staff is very friendly and does their best but I think management is lacking. Lots of service failures: hour+ delays at valet, long wait for room service, No recognition despite multiple stays. The difference between a 3,4, and 5 star experience
