This hotel offered an excellent breakfast and evening snack time that included three adult beverages. The staff was cheerful. The room with two queen beds and a sofa bed was perfect for our family. My boys loved the pool time.

It's SO close to the river walk and the mall and the Alamo and the Tower. Amazing hotel. Hotel parking charges you, but I didn't drive once, because of the amazing location. So I saved a lot of $ with the hotel parking area.

The main reason I ALWAYS choose this hotel over any other, is because they have free breakfast and dinner, besides it's right by the river walk, this is just the perfect place to stay!
Our check-in experience set the bar high. The gentleman who cared for us was so kind and personable. He shared with us a brief history lesson, including the filming of the movie Blank Check. He made our son, the birthday boy, feel so special.
I liked the location, amenities, beautiful room, efficient valet, staff and experience along with the included free breakfast and included drinks at happy hour.

It was very clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. We also really liked the rooms. The little kitchen and living area were perfect for what we needed. I?ll be looking for one of these next time I need a hotel

We loved the breakfast and 5:30 kickback! We also loved the indoor pool, although the water was a tad chilly.

The staff was very pleasant and the room itself was nice
I loved that several original features of the old bank building were preserved when they renovated, such as the original elevator doors, hard wood floors and the water fountains (not functional). Our room had an unusual layout but it worked.
This historic hotel is in an amazing location. Breakfast was above average and the staff was super friendly.

The manager in the kitchen was very friendly. He made you feel welcomed. Always asked if you were doing good. Security was excellent outside watching our automobiles.
