Wyndham Garden San Antonio Airport Northeast

The location was easy to get in and out of and close to where I needed to go. The bed was comfortable, and the shower head was nice.I would also like to note that the lady who checked us in was very sweet and helpful in answering our questions, which we appreciated.

Our stay this weekend was disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the humidity in the lobby was uncomfortable and immediately noticeable, which gave a poor first impression. Unfortunately, the hotel did not feel clean, and the value of the stay did not match the cost.Breakfast hours were also an issue. We are accustomed to breakfast being served at 6:00 a.m., and due to the later start time, we were only able to eat once during our stay. In addition, the juice machine was not working, and only orange juice was available in a pitcher. My girls prefer apple juice, which was not offered, and the overall breakfast selection was very limited.Cleanliness in the room was another concern. I found a cup with orange juice left on the window ledge, and there was hair in both the towels and the sheets. Throughout our stay, we experienced frequent sneezing. While it’s unclear whether this was due to the carpet or high pollen levels, being indoors should have provided relief. Unfortunately, we were just as uncomfortable inside as we were outdoors.Overall, this stay did not meet expectations.

Liked the cleanliness and staff were very nice. Beautiful hotel as well. Pancake station at breakfast was a hit.

No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in containers in shower, beds were not as comfy as we like, pillows too small on bed too. Remote was broken in room so had to go get another one in lobby to watch TV, young lady in lobby was very sweet and apologized and replaced it. We would book again but with our own toiletries and pillows next time. Hotel was just taken over by Wyndham less than a month ago so maybe they just need time to adjust the transfer.

Good location close to airport. They provide free shuttle service to airport.

The hotel was recently acquired by Wyndham and does not have any lights to alert you this is the location. It requires serious update to carpet and dinning area. The hot water took a long time making us waste too much water.

I have stayed at this hotel before on more than a few occasions. It is now under new ownership or at least it has changed its name. The location is good. Centrally located on the north side of San Antonio. The rate was below what I had paid on past stays.

I stayed in Room 411. The window shade would not go up so I did not get some morning sun through the window.

No sign was up. To let us know where we were going if this was the right place but anyway everything else was awesome.

Very good centrally located hotel. The breakfast was above average compared to other free breakfasts.

The staff who checked me in gave me a room that was already occupied. Was given another room after a lengthy wait. The breakfast room staff was very good.

Best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in, looking forward to coming back!
