It’s very clean. The staff was so polite and helpful. Always greeting with a hello. I appreciate that the front seat called to make sure your room was good!

The room was clean. Front desk staff was courteous . The breakfast was great. Eggs, potatoes, pancakes, milk, juice, coffee with assorted creamer and fruit to choose from.

The room was somewhat clean. Bed pretty comfortable for a hotel bed anyways
Half of the equipment in the gym did not work. There was a water jug in the gym but no water in it, went to buy water and they made me go all the way up to my room for my card when I should’ve been able to charge to my room. Staff was rude and the parking lot was a mess. Nobody parking in one spot and way too overloaded and crowded.

Very convenient location close to Audie Murphy VA hospital where my husband was in ICU for a mild heart attack. We live 60 miles away so I needed somewhere safe to stay. This location had a very good rating & was lower priced than other hotels with low ratings. Paid right at $112 total, $10 parking included. Used booking.com. I was greeted by a very friendly desk person. Room was super clean with a king size bed & very comfortable. I told my husband we will definitely stay there again if he has future doctor appointments in the Medical Center & we’ll stay overnight to have dinner & relax.
