We always enjoy our stay here. The breakfast and dinner is amazing. The free alcohol drinks with our meals is a plus. It has good restaurants around the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Thrnfront. Reception people were patient, kind and very helpful. The food was over the top delicious .. food staff were very helpful ..everything was awesome I would recommend this hotel to anyone in search of a comfortable ,affordable ,and friendly place to stay.

Breakfast and dinner were kept well stocked. I would have liked to see a better selection for both. The Hotel was right next to I 10 and the side road that follows I 10 that stays busy. You do hear traffic noise but when the AC is running it mutes 90% of it.If your searching Hotels in the area all of them are in the vicinity so traffic noise will be present. Overall for the cost it was a good night sleep with breakfast and dinner.The attractions were about 10 miles each from the Riverwalk to Seaworld and Six Flags over Texas. also the San Antonio Airport is an easy 15 min drive. Plenty of restaurants close by for your selection or eat at the hotel.
An elevator was down for the main room so one elevator made it kind of busy for the mornings and evenings but everyone was very polite.

The staff were warm, welcoming and caring. Onnie and Veronica made it their priority to ensure that our family was happy and comfortable.Hospitality in the hotel was the best we ever had. We came back from Six Flags with maybe 6 minutes to spare to get to the 530 kickback to get food and drinks for the family. They left it open for us to get a meal and drinks.
Only one elevator worked in the hotel. And on our last night, the only elevator in the building stopped working leaving us stuck in it for about 10 minutes.The beds in the room were very bouncy...I like a firmer bed, it was hard to get comfortable in them. The sofa bed had crumbs in it. After notifying Veronica and Onnie, they cleaned the room and made the beds for us! I wish the pool and spa was a little bigger and open longer to enjoy.
